The program runs across five modules, each building on the last.
You start by understanding how different learners take in and process information – which immediately changes how you plan and deliver. From there, Module 2 is all about engagement: what actually keeps a group switched on, and why some sessions land while others don’t.
Module 3 goes deeper into how to power up the learning itself – using state, language, and the way the brain holds onto new information. Module 4 is where it gets hands-on, with practical activities and tools you can use in any training room, on any topic.
The final module covers the environment – managing the room, managing groups, handling nerves, and dealing with difficult learners. The stuff that doesn’t get taught enough.
